Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times
We ship to all countries via DHL courier. Deliveries to all countries are free of charge and are made in maximum 24 hours after payment confirmation. Ray-Ban products are restricted for sale ouside EU therefore orders placed will not be delivered. For more information please contact customer care team.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL orders are shipped out of Bucharest - Romania WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.
We require that all parcels are signed for in person. Some countries allow consignees to authorise parcels to be left unattended (eg. Outside the delivery address), however we strongly advise against this. Consignees that authorise this form of delivery do so at their own risk, neither DHL nor SHADESORIGINATORS.COM can then be held responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
All shipments that are sent by SHADESORIGINATORS.COM are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CET.
Most orders will be dispatched within1(one) working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. The delivery time estimation is between 1-4 days from dispatching depending on the destination.
We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.
Track order status
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
Please note that at present customs in Russia has introduced a new restriction which means that parcels can take up to a week to arrive.
The Russian Federal Customs Service requires the following information for all non-document shipments intended for personal use valued under 1000 EUR:
- full name (first, middle, last) of the consignee as it appears on their passport
- passport number of the consignee
- a brokerage service contract granting TNT the authority to file the customs clearance (once items have reached the Russian customs)
Additional documents may be required by the customs authorities upon request. We ask consignees to have a copy of their passport readily available and be responsive to questions/requests for additional documentation in order to complete the clearance of their shipment. Our shippers will be of as much help as possible to facilitate this process by informing the consignees of all these requirements.
We ship to China via DHL courier on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. However, there is a customs issue which requires the receiver to provide a ten digit customs registration number (CR number) to SHADESORIGINATORS.COM which must be obtained from Chinese customs. We cannot ship orders to China via DHL courier without the required CR number. Please be advised that you will need to contact your local customs for the customs registration number (CR number). Your ID number is not the CR number that is required by your local customs.When you placed your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions of purchase.
Your local customs will return your shipment to us if you cannot provide your personal customs registration number. In this event you may incur duties and taxes from customs in China, which you as the customer would be solely responsible for.
